Colapinto Faces Challenge at the Mexican Grand Prix

Argentine driver Franco Colapinto is preparing to face one of his biggest challenges in Formula 1 this Sunday at 5 PM during the Mexico Grand Prix, where he will start from the sixteenth position. After a not-so-successful qualifying in which he could not make it past the first cut, Colapinto will start from the back of the grid and will need to perform almost flawlessly if he wants to score points, as he did in the previous race in the United States.

This will be Colapinto's sixth race in Formula 1, after participating in the Grand Prix of Italy, Azerbaijan, Singapore, and the United States, also competing in the qualifying race. His best results so far were an eighth place in Azerbaijan and a tenth place in the United States, where he managed to score points.

On the other hand, his teammate at Williams, Thai driver Alexander Albon, achieved a good position in qualifying and will start from ninth place. Albon will look to overcome previous poor results to score points again in the championship.

Regarding the top positions, Spanish driver Carlos Sainz Jr. (Ferrari) will start from pole position, with an interesting battle expected between Dutch driver Max Verstappen (Red Bull) and British driver Lando Norris (McLaren) for the championship. In fourth place on the grid will be Monegasque Charles Leclerc, who will seek a good result to maintain his slim chances of contesting the title.
