Argentine Drivers Debut in Formula 2 and 3 in Australia

Last weekend, Argentine drivers Nicolás Varrone (Van Amersfoort) and Mattia Colnaghi (MP Motorsport) made their respective debuts in Formula 2 and 3 at the Australian Grand Prix, and both showed interesting results. Varrone had a spin in the first lap of the sprint, finishing 21st, but in the main race he led for several laps despite starting 19th. However, tire wear and a penalty dropped him to 17th place. Colnaghi, for his part, had a difficult sprint, finishing 30th. However, he demonstrated a good level in qualifying to start 6th, and in the main race he crossed the finish line in 10th place to score his first point in the category. According to the Noticias Argentins Agency, the activity for both categories will continue with the Bahrain Grand Prix, which will take place from April 10 to 12. This Grand Prix is held at the Bahrain International Circuit, located in the city of Sakhir, has a length of 5.412 kilometers and has 15 turns. After the Bahrain GP, Varrone will have only a few days of rest and the following weekend he will compete in the Saudi Arabia GP. Colnaghi, for his part, will have to wait until early June, when the Monaco GP will take place.
