Experienced goalkeeper Enrique 'Beto' Bologna has been confirmed as the new signing of Chacarita, a team that plays in the Primera Nacional. According to the Argentine News Agency, the goalkeeper was a free agent from Defensa y Justicia and signed with 'Chaca' on loan for one year. Thus, at 43 years old, Bologna will play for the eighth club of his career, with the objective of contributing his years of experience, leadership, and longevity to return Chacarita to the First Division, a category the club has not been in since 2018. Being one of the most veteran players in the history of Argentine football, goalkeeper Enrique Bologna signed with Chacarita. 'Beto' comes from spending two years at Defensa y Justicia, starting as a substitute but earning his place in the 'Falcon's' goal, even serving as captain on some occasions. Bologna's debut in the First Division was 19 years ago.
