The Argentina national rugby sevens team, 'Pumas 7s', began their participation in the second leg of the World Series, held in Cape Town, South Africa, with a victory. In their first match, the Argentinines comfortably defeated Australia 36-0. Led by Santiago Gómez Cora, the team scored six tries, with contributions from Santiago Mare, Marcos Moreta, Luciano González, Matteo Graziano (who scored twice), and Santiago Vera Feld. González also converted two tries, and Vera Feld converted the remaining one. The Pumas 7s will continue their campaign at 9:54 local time when they face France in their second match.
