In response, Benfica's official Portuguese social media channels posted a video asking their players who they thought would win the Formula 1 championship. All the football players, including head coach José Mourinho, leaned towards Lando Norris, Max Verstappen, or Australian Oscar Piastri, the three title contenders. However, Argentine Nicolás Otamendi surprised everyone by naming his compatriot Franco Colapinto, who has not yet scored any points in the current season.
