The Belgian Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in the 36th minute of the first half. In the 41st minute, Eberechi Eze sealed the first-half score with a brilliant goal from his own half of the pitch after a mistake by Tottenham's goalkeeper, David Raya. In the second half, Eze completed his brace, scoring in the 2nd and 31st minutes. The only goal for Tottenham was scored by Brazilian Richarlison. This victory allowed Arsenal to extend their lead over Chelsea to six points. In the next round, Arsenal will play host to Bayern Munich in the Champions League. Meanwhile, Tottenham, for their part, has failed to win in their third consecutive match and will travel to face Paris Saint-Germain.
