Spaniard Adrián Fernández took pole position with a time of 1:36.990. Argentine Marco Morelli, achieving his best result in the World Championship since joining, and his compatriot Valentín Perrone both made it into the top ten, consolidating a highly positive end of the year for national motorcycling. The Spaniard led a 1-2 for Leopard Racing alongside David Almansa, while Máximo Quiles completed the top three. Morelli secured his best World Championship finish, coming in fifth, just 306 thousandths of a second off the pole. Both riders head into Sunday's race, scheduled for 7 AM Argentine time, with excellent feelings, aiming to cap off the year with a notable result at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit. The Argentine rider capitalized on a fast lap behind Almansa to firmly insert himself into the fight for top positions and confirm his progress in the category. Perrone, for his part, finished eighth after Taiyo Furusato's time was deleted, making the most of a Q2 where traffic and on-track references were decisive. The session took place in Cheste under cloudy and changing conditions, with little wind, a temperature of 20 degrees, and 54% humidity. The combined performance of Morelli and Perrone once again put Argentina on the map in a highly competitive category full of young talent.
