Independiente's Cabral Out for Copa Argentina Match

The offensive midfielder of Independiente, Luciano Cabral, will not be able to play in the next match of the team against Sportivo Belgrano in the Copa Argentina due to an injury to the pinky toe of his foot. Cabral has been a standout figure under the management of Julio Vaccari this season, so his absence will be felt at the Estadio Único de San Nicolás. However, he is expected to recover in time to face Banfield in the eighth round of the Torneo Apertura.

Cabral's injury occurred during the last match at the Estadio Libertadores de América, where Independiente beat Instituto 2-0. Federico Mancuello would be the chosen one to replace the Chilean midfielder in the starting lineup.

It is expected that the coach of Independiente will include several players in the lineup who contributed to the previous victory over the Cordobeses. The possible formation of the team would include Rodrigo Rey in goal; Federico Vera, Kevin Lomónaco, Sebastián Valdéz, and Álvaro Angulo in defense; Iván Marcone and Felipe Loyola in midfield; Santiago Montiel, Federico Mancuello, and Diego Tarzia in offense; and Gabriel Ávalos as striker.
