Former Argentine President Mauricio Macri commented on the government's personnel changes. He expressed his support for the appointment of Diego Santilli as Minister of the Interior.
"This is a very positive addition to the government. As an experienced PRO leader, I am confident that at this key moment, he will be able to articulate with the governors the implementation of the necessary reforms," stated Macri.
Previously, the former president had criticized the appointment of Manuel Adorni as Chief of Staff, considering that he lacks experience for the position. Macri was with Javier Milei at the Olivos residence last Friday when the resignation of Guillermo Francos and the appointment of Adorni were announced.
"This is a great opportunity for the future of Argentina that we all want to see succeed," added Macri.
