Journalist Jonatan Viale spoke out after the controversy generated by the interruption of the interview with Javier Milei on TN. In an interview granted to Lucas Morando in replacement of his program "Pan y Circo" on Radio Rivadavia, Viale defended himself against the criticisms and stated: "I do not work for DEPA or COPEA, my only commitment is to the people who listen to me and watch me on TV."

Amid the repercussions, Viale was emphatic regarding his credibility: "I have the peace of mind of knowing that I have never in my life touched a penny from this government, nor from any government, nor from anyone." He also expressed his rejection of engaging in political campaigns: "I have had a thousand opportunities and I rejected them all."

Viale recounted how he experienced the hours following the controversy and emphasized the support received from his family and friends, reiterating his commitment to journalism: "They will have to kill me to take me out of journalism." Despite the media storm, he stated that he has no intention of resigning: "I am not leaving journalism."
