Accident on Avenida Cabildo Leaves Four Injured

An accident occurred on Avenida Cabildo, between Monroe and Blanco Encalada, leaving four people injured. The incident happened when a Chevrolet Cruze, driving at high speed, crashed into a Jeep truck and then mounted the sidewalk, hitting a newsstand in the Belgrano neighborhood.

In the captured images, it can be seen how the Chevrolet was traveling along Avenida Cabildo when it was struck by the Jeep truck which was traveling in the left lane. After the impact, the driver of the Chevrolet lost control of the vehicle, ending up on the sidewalk after the collision.

According to police reports, the 57-year-old driver was speeding and disobeyed red traffic signals on Avenida Cabildo. Despite attempts by officers to stop him, the driver ignored the instructions.

Authorities are still investigating the incident to determine the exact causes of the crash and the possible legal consequences for the driver of the Chevrolet and the person in charge of the Jeep truck.
