Ruben "Cacho" Deicas, singer of Los Palmeras, suffered a stroke and his family was forced to cancel the group's performances this summer. According to Marcos Camino, a member of the band, the family did not allow Deicas to use his phone. However, these claims were denied by Cacho's son, Luciano, who assured that his father was never denied the use of his cell phone.
Luciano Deicas stated that as a family they have endured situations that they have not made public and emphasized that Marcos Camino reproached his father for canceling concerts to sing for free with Uriel Lozano. He lamented the situation caused by third-party comments and expressed that "everything has a limit." Moreover, he shared some exchanged messages with Camino.
The singer's son pointed out that the priority at this moment is his father's recovery, despite the pressures for him to return to the stage. He assured that the idea was for Deicas' recovery process to be as normal as possible, even considering his status as a public figure.
The Deicas family, for their part, faces the difficult task of caring for Ruben "Cacho" Deicas while he recovers from the stroke he suffered. They clarified that they are working to ensure that his health comes first and that he can recover properly before returning to the stage.
