The competition highlighted the high level of literary works presented, allowing idealistic projects to become reality thanks to public support. The executive director of the publisher, Leila Gamba, emphasized the importance of establishing certainties in uncertain times through the Futurock Novel Award, as a gesture of persistence and confidence in new literary voices.
