A collapse occurred this evening at a construction site in Costa Esmeralda, trapping two workers. One of them was rescued with serious injuries. According to the Argentine News Agency, the incident happened during the pouring of cement. The workers were filling formwork when the structure gave way. According to the Pinamar Informa portal, one worker was rescued with severe injuries, while the other remained trapped. Firefighters from Costa, General Madariaga, and Pinamar were dispatched to the scene. A unit from Pinamar left after midnight for Costa Esmeralda. The Volunteer Firefighters of Madariaga reported that units 6, 34, and 28 were sent to the accident site to assist colleagues from Santa Teresita and Mar de Ajó, who were already on location.
