Due to the long holiday this weekend, the elimination gala of Big Brother 2025 that would normally take place on Sunday has been moved to Monday, as confirmed by host Santiago del Moro. The decision was made considering the potential drop in usual television audience on holidays.
After the unexpected expulsion of Luca, the two current nominees were determined by Chiara, the leader of the house. The broadcast of the Boca match for the Copa Libertadores de América on Sunday at the same transmission time as Big Brother caused the gala to coincide with an important sporting event, adding to the decision to change the elimination date.
The news that there will be no elimination gala on Sunday, announced by Santiago del Moro, has also left the show's followers surprised. Instead, the nomination gala will be held next Wednesday, thus resuming the usual course of the reality show.
This week the program did not air on Tuesday and the nomination gala has been postponed until Wednesday. So far, the two nominees for the next elimination are Katia and Juan Pablo, with the public eagerly awaiting the outcome in the new broadcast of Telefe hosted by Santiago del Moro.
