Exciting New Season of 'SEX' Dares to Discuss Taboo Topics

"SEX" addresses the taboos of society and demonstrates that conventional sex is no longer a forbidden topic. Directed by José María Muscari, Mati Napp, and Paola Luttini, the play has begun its sixth year on stage with a renewed proposal, led by actors Diego Ramos and Julieta Ortega.

In this new season, Luca Martin has joined the cast, expressing: "Every few years, fascism and the far-right become fashionable again. Everything that happens online matters. My body is my artistic tool; I will never be ashamed of it."

Additionally, dancer Adabel Guerrero, who joined the cast in 2020, has noted: "I am grateful because time means, for an artist, continuity in work, which is something that doesn't always happen."

Guerrero also shared her personal experience, mentioning that initially, she did not feel very comfortable due to a change related to motherhood, but she managed to overcome that discomfort and now feels empowered in her artistic role.

Luca Martin, in a deep analysis of current society, reflected on the doors that have opened for expression, but also on how certain discourses are modifying collective thinking. He emphasized the importance of showing virtuosity in their performances and feeling comfortable in their roles.

The play seeks to illuminate the darkest areas of desire and gives space to discourses that society sometimes prefers to hide. Performances take place from Thursday to Sunday at the Gorriti Art Center, offering a space of liberation without prejudice or taboos.
