Basic Salary of Commerce Employees Increases

Commerce employees in Argentina will receive an increase in their basic salary in November due to the absorption of an agreed non-remunerative sum. The figures will vary according to the category, reaching up to $637,656.02 for Administrative personnel 'F'.


Basic Salary of Commerce Employees Increases

According to the agreement in the minutes of April 5, the parties agreed to incorporate increases to the basic salaries in three equal, monthly, and consecutive installments, which affects Commercial Employees. With a total of five categories, these increases will raise the salary caps above $55,000.

The settlement of salaries for November for commercial employees under CCT 103/75 will mark the absorption of the last installment of the non-remunerative sum agreed between January and February 2024 into the basic salary, according to the worker's category. For example, Administrative staff 'F' will see a basic salary of $637,656.02 in November.

The new basic salaries for November for different categories are detailed below:

- Maestranza A: $608,165.53 - Maestranza B: $609,602.58 - Maestranza C: $614,637.32 - Administrativo A: $613,559.26 - Administrativo B: $615,718.77 - Administrativo C: $617,874.91 - Administrativo D: $624,348.95 - Administrativo E: $629,743.80 - Administrativo F: $637,656.02

Among other categories, Cashiers, Assistants, specialized Assistants, and Salespeople are included with their respective salary increases for November.

Commercial employees under the Collective Labor Agreement (CCT) 130/75 will receive a salary increase starting from the first days of November as a result of the absorption of the last installment of the non-remunerative sum agreed in January and February 2024.

In general, with these new increases, this group of workers will earn at least $1,200,000 in November, in compliance with clause 3 established in the collective agreement.
