Argentina Launches 2026 Educational Vouchers Program

The Argentine Ministry of Human Capital has launched the call for registration for the 2026 Educational Vouchers program. This is a temporary benefit for families whose children up to 18 years of age attend private educational institutions with at least 75% state funding. This is indicated in Resolution 205/2026, published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette. The benefits are managed by the Education Secretariat, dependent on the aforementioned Ministry, and will be the third edition of the program, as it was also delivered in 2024 and 2025, when it was extended for nine consecutive installments from March to December. The aforementioned resolution, signed by the Secretary of Education of the Ministry of Human Capital, Carlos Horacio Torrendell, states: 'To call for the corresponding registration for the year 2026 of the 'Educational Vouchers' Assistance Program until April 30, 2026.' The program was created to facilitate the payment of fees in initial, primary, and secondary educational establishments. To access it, the family group's income must not exceed seven Minimum Vital and Mobile Incomes, equivalent to $2,504,600, considering the latest updated record, from February 2026. Additionally, to cash the educational voucher, beneficiaries must not be in arrears on school fee payments, as if two fees are unpaid, the benefit is suspended until the debt is regularized. To register, they must present: DNI and CUIL number of the minors in their care. Name and address of the educational institution they attend. Updated CBU in Mi ANSES. Be registered in Mi Argentina.
