The national government has decided to increase the tariffs of the Comprehensive Care Benefits System for People with Disabilities by 2.90% for March 2026. The measure establishes a uniform increase that makes no distinctions between types of benefits. The adjustment was applied to the values in effect from the previous month, which had seen a 5.78% increase in February. The information was published this Monday in the Official Gazette through Resolution 13/2026 of the Ministry of Health and the National Secretariat for Disability, processed by the Argentine News Agency.
The resolution also ratifies the validity of a 20% benefit for providers in the southern country based on the basic tariff for unfavorable zones. This measure updates the Nomenclature of Basic Benefits for People with Disabilities, a tool that regulates the payments of the comprehensive system.
The objective of the norm is to "grant an update" to the amounts in accordance with what is stipulated in Law No. 27.793. This law is intended to be modified by the government of Javier Milei.
