Buenos Aires, March 9 (NA) – With over 700 exhibitors, multi-million dollar livestock auctions, and a strong presence of technological innovation, a new edition of Expoagro kicked off. The welcome dinner brought together political figures such as Axel Kicillof, Mauricio Macri, and Sebastián Pareja. According to the Argentine News Agency, the event was held at the traditional Hotel Colonial in San Nicolás. The gathering brought together key political and agricultural leaders, including Buenos Aires Governor Axel Kicillof, former President Mauricio Macri, and National Deputy Sebastián Pareja. San Nicolás de los Arroyos Mayor Santiago Passaglia, the city that has hosted the fair for a decade, also attended. The governor of Santa Fe, Maximiliano Pullaro, is also expected to attend the inauguration ceremony. Debate on the “second revolution of the pampas” During the dinner, a mapping was projected with images that traced the history of Expoagro since its first edition in Junín in 2006. In a talk moderated by actor and host Dario Barassi, industry leaders discussed innovation, challenges, and opportunities. Participants included: Fernando De Nevarez, Marcelo Torres, Harnás Zulbeldía, Luis Fredy Simone. The event was led by Expoagro director Martín Schvartzman.
