The Government has confirmed that starting in March, the minimum pension in Argentina will rise to $279,093, while the maximum will increase to $1,879,879. ANSES has published the payment calendar for March, indicating that retirees and pensioners with the minimum pension can collect on different dates according to the termination of their ID, from March 12 to 20. For those who exceed the minimum pension, payments will be made from March 21 to 28, including a long weekend.

Regarding the $70,000 bonus, primarily aimed at retirees receiving the minimum pension, there will be no increases during the payment period of the third month of the year, as detailed in Decree 145/2024 published in the Official Bulletin. It was also reported that other beneficiaries such as holders of contributory social benefits, recipients of the PUAM, and beneficiaries of Non-Contributory Pensions will be able to access this bonus.

The 2.2% increase that seniors will receive in March according to the new Mobility formula will apply to those whose pensions are below $349,093. Those with income exceeding this amount will not be able to receive the additional economic support. All these measures aim to improve the living conditions of retirees and pensioners in the country.
