Argentina Modernizes Fuel Distribution System

Argentina is adopting modern and flexible fuel distribution systems with the approval of mobile service stations. This move is expected to reduce costs and improve logistics.

Argentina Modernizes Fuel Distribution System

A new regulation in Argentina opens the doors to the modernization of the fuel distribution system with more flexible and efficient mobile service stations. The government of Javier Milei has authorized the installation of these modular stations and ISO containers of 10, 20, and 40 feet that allow for the agile transport and distribution of fuels at strategic points.

These modular stations, developed by companies such as LAFON and the MADIC group, introduce technology to prevent failures and optimize supply. Among their most notable features are a compact design that minimizes space requirements, rapid installation that reduces construction costs, and automated systems that improve operational efficiency and safety.

One of the models that could arrive in the country is the Mobiltank, a transportable and robust unit designed to supply areas with variable demand or industrial sectors with specific needs. On the other hand, the Nano Station, manufactured in France, stands out as a modular and autonomous service station with easy installation and low operational costs.

These innovations aim to reduce costs, improve distribution logistics, and ensure supply in areas of high seasonal demand. With the implementation of more flexible and efficient models, it is expected that the fuel distribution sector in Argentina will undergo significant transformations in the coming years.
