Agreement Reached for Salary Increases in Argentina

The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC), CAME, UDECA, and FAECyS reached an agreement within the framework of the 2024-2026 negotiations. The agreement establishes a non-remunerative salary increase of 5.1% on the basic remuneration of CCT No. 130/75, using December 2024 values as a reference. This increase will be paid in three installments of 1.7% each: in January, February, and March 2025.

In terms of the incorporation into the basic agreements, a progressive integration of the increases was agreed upon: in February, the January increase is added, in March, the February increase is added, and in April, the March increase is added. The agreement will be in effect from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. However, in April 2025, a review will be carried out to assess the impact of economic variations and consider possible adjustments.

A monitoring clause was established, stemming from the commitment made in the meeting on November 29. This measure includes monitoring changes in the economy that may affect workers' income.
