New Urban Development in Chapadmalal

An investment of more than 20 million dollars led to the creation of pueblochapa, an urban development in Chapadmalal that combines elements of the sea and the countryside. This village, conceived as an open space integrated into the community, will offer a wide range of services such as dining proposals, general store, gym, wine store, and post office, aimed at satisfying the needs of both local residents and visitors.

Espatolero and Lorenzo Real Estate Developments, a company with over 30 years of experience in the sector and originating from Mar del Plata, is in charge of this project that spans 110 hectares, of which about 44% is designated for green and common areas. Martín Espatolero, co-founder of the company, expressed that the goal of this project is to preserve a lifestyle associated with the culture of the sea and the countryside through a proposal for urbanization integrated into the community.

Pueblochapa is expected to mobilize an investment exceeding 20 million dollars in the next three years, with significant economic impacts on the region. It is estimated that the individual investments generated by this development will amount to around 140 million dollars for the acquisition of construction materials in local hardware stores before 2030. Additionally, the creation of new stable jobs is anticipated in areas such as maintenance, commerce, services, security, gastronomy, craftsmanship, and recreation.
