The magnate got involved in the negotiation and has apparently reached an agreement with the Fortín club to acquire the central defender's transfer.
According to a source close to the situation, it has been confirmed that discussions between both parties have been fruitful and the transfer is practically sealed.
"We are very pleased with the agreement reached. We believe this player will bring a lot to the team and we are eager to see him in action," expressed the magnate's representative.
Although there is still no official information from either of the clubs involved, a formal announcement of the transfer is expected in the coming days.
