Graciela Sosa, mother of Fernando Báez Sosa, expressed her support to the family of Ezequiel Altamira, a 16-year-old boy murdered in Ituzaingó. The autopsy revealed that Ezequiel died from a blow to the left temple that caused a skull fracture and fatal hemorrhage. Prosecutor Guillermo Rodríguez Rey is awaiting the complete results of the necropsy to clarify the details of the tragic outcome. Ezequiel lost his life hours after the attack. It is necessary to determine the circumstances of his death to advance in the investigation. Let us remember that Fernando Báez Sosa was brutally beaten by a group of rugby players outside a venue in Villa Gesell in January 2020. The material perpetrators, Máximo Thomsen, Matías Benicelli, Enzo Comelli, Ciro, and Luciano Pertossi, were sentenced to life imprisonment, while Blas Cinalli, Ayrton Viollaz, and Lucas Pertossi received 15 years in prison as secondary participants. All the accused are serving their sentences in the Melchor Romero prison. Graciela Sosa expressed her condolences to the family of Ezequiel Altamira for the irreparable loss, highlighting the sadness and pain of losing a child.
