Detention of Morena Rial Requested by Justice

The Justice has requested today the detention of influencer Morena Rial for not complying with the release requirements. The request was made by prosecutor Patricio Ferrari, who is investigating her for an alleged robbery in Villa Adelina, Buenos Aires. According to a document accessed by the Argentine News Agency, Jorge Rial's daughter appeared before the court to address her legal situation.

One of the requirements imposed on the young woman was the absolute prohibition of leaving the country, staying at the address declared before the Justice (her sister Rocío's house in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Colegiales), and undergoing psychological treatment. Furthermore, she was ordered to appear every 15 days before the corresponding Secretariat or court.

Morena did not attend the scheduled virtual psychiatric evaluation on February 12 and was seen at a nightclub in Palermo with her lawyer. She also did not show up for the scheduled in-person examination on February 26. Recently, she was involved in a controversy during an appearance on Carmen Barbieri's show, which led to a media conflict with the host.

Fernando Burlando, another lawyer for Morena, stated in an interview with the Argentine News Agency that the young woman has met all required conditions, as she was present at the court and presented a certificate confirming that she was undergoing her treatment. Burlando expressed his confidence that the judge will make the appropriate decision.
