The activity schedule begins on February 5 with the workshop "Flavors of Altitude" at the Tinogasta Flavor Museum, where participants can learn about the production of artisanal liqueurs and herb-flavored sugar from the mountains.
On Friday, February 7, the festivals will kick off with the "Pepper Festival" in La Merced, followed by the 2nd edition of the "Cuarteto Festival" in Tinogasta, which will feature recognized artists.
