The initial goal by Lucas Toscani put Argentina ahead in the first quarter, but then Tom Boon of Belgium equalized the score near the end of that same quarter. From there, the Belgians took control of the game and entered the final quarter with a two-goal lead, thanks to Boon and Hainaut Guillermo.
Despite Argentina's efforts to close the gap with goals from Thomas Habif and Bautista Capurro, Belgium sealed the match with a goal from Thibeau Stockbroekx and another from Boon.
