The mayor of San Vicente led an event of the municipal program 'Mi Casa' in which 40 decrees of land regularization were delivered. This measure seeks to accelerate the path to property title for more families in the district. According to the Argentine News Agency, the meeting was held in the Gaetani Hall with authorities from the Executive and the 'Casa de Tierras' team, and the municipality emphasized the value of these procedures for their impact on the legal security and tranquility of homes. During the event, the local leader highlighted the commitment of municipal teams and the social impact of each procedure carried out. 'Many neighbors, for years, and some for decades, could not achieve it, so this is not just an administrative management act, but it also has to do with a very important value in terms of legal security and tranquidity,' Mantegazza expressed. From the municipality, they indicated that the regularization policy has accumulated more than 5,000 procedures initiated in recent years and that, so far in 2025, more than 520 families have obtained their decree under the same program.
