More than 20 thousand people are expected tonight at La Renga's concert in San Rafael, Mendoza, according to organizers' estimates. One of the concentration points for fans attending the show will be Parque Norte, which is being prepared to welcome those waiting for the opening of doors at Polideportivo No. 2, scheduled for 6 PM.
To cope with the high temperatures, water supply has been ensured, and chemical toilets have been provided for the comfort of the attendees. Additionally, a strong cleaning and order operation has been planned for the day after the concert, on Sunday, as well as the installation of food carts to offer various quick menus.
It is expected that the dispersal from Parque Norte and the transfer of spectators to Poli 2 will take place along Tirasso Avenue and then along Patricias Mendocinas to the venue. The controls will be strict and will be handled by private security hired by the organization, along with Mendoza police officers.
Furthermore, to address any eventuality, personnel from various municipal areas, including Health and Civil Defense posts, will be working both in the park and in the surroundings of Poli between Friday and Saturday.
