
In the Buenos Aires city of San Nicolás, a series of raids took place that resulted in the detention of seven people due to active arrest warrants and missing person reports.
A 43-year-old woman was arrested due to an active warrant since November 5, 2019, for a crime of aggravated robbery using a weapon in the town of Conesa. Meanwhile, a 37-year-old man was apprehended due to an active missing person report in a case of minor injuries and threats. Both detainees were released after being informed of their legal situations.
In addition, a 27-year-old woman was captured due to an arrest warrant related to alleged human trafficking, while a 25-year-old man was detained for robbery. Another arrest was made of a 63-year-old man, wanted in connection with a gender-based and family violence investigation.
A 26-year-old woman was apprehended upon confirmation by the Justice that she had an active missing person report since June 29, 2015, issued by the People's Search Division of the Federal Police. Additionally, a 47-year-old man was detained under an arrest warrant that started on October 30, 2024, along with another active missing person report since January 2, 2023.
These operations were carried out by personnel from the Local Police Prevention Unit (UPPL) and officers from the First Police Station in the city of San Nicolás. It is worth noting that some of the detained individuals were released after being notified of their legal situations.
