The man is capable of understanding the criminality of his act and directing his actions, therefore, he is imputable. In addition to the penalty, it was communicated that he must comply with measures for a period of four years, which include residing in Santiago del Estero and a ban on entering Tucumán. According to the Contexto news outlet, he cannot approach the victim or her home at a distance of less than 20 kilometers; he is prohibited from disturbing, intimidating, or making direct or indirect contact with the victim by electronic, telephone, or any other means. He will also be barred from entering the cities of Tafí Viejo and San Miguel de Tucumán; he will have to be fitted with an electronic tracking device again and must continue with psychological and/or psychiatric treatment. He acted willfully, with knowledge and intent to commit the act. The accused of being a dangerous stalker in the province of Tucumán was convicted once again after he removed his electronic ankle monitor and fled in September of this year, until he was found days later in Santiago del Estero. This is Federico Adrián Punturo, who for over a decade stalked a young woman who, tired of the ordeal, decided in November 2024 to publicly reveal her fear, not knowing if she would continue to live due to the constant harassment. Following his capture, an abbreviated trial was held in recent days in which Punturo was sentenced to one year of conditional imprisonment for contempt of court. During the proceedings, prosecutor's assistant Valeria Jorge explained the reasons for the accusation: 'The defendant violated the court order when he went to the victim's home.'
