In the midst of the investigation into the disappearance of young Sofia Delgado, authorities found a car similar to the one spotted on the day she went missing. It is a gray Peugeot 308 that was found in a workshop in Puerto San MartÃn, in San Lorenzo. They are currently analyzing whether this vehicle corresponds to the one captured by security cameras and that is linked to the keys found during a raid where two people were arrested.
Carlos Ortigoza, the prosecutor in charge of the case, has requested the seizure of the Peugeot, as well as the analysis of fingerprints by experts and a thorough comparison with the vehicle seen in the images to confirm its identity. This discovery provides a new lead in the search for Sofia, who disappeared on October 30 after leaving her home in Santa Fe.
The discovery of the car came after a witness, presumably known to the detained man, approached a police station in San Lorenzo. According to this witness, there was a vehicle similar to the one seen in front of the residence of the missing young woman in a warehouse on his property. It was mentioned that this car belonged to one of the arrested individuals, further fueling suspicions surrounding the case.
In addition, the provincial government continues to offer a reward of 5 million pesos to anyone who can provide information about Sofia's whereabouts. On the other hand, regarding the hearing of charges against A.J.B (35 years old) and his partner, M.L (29 years old), a date for its execution has not yet been set.
