Today, the disciplinary hearing against the suspended judge, Julieta Makintach, who is at the center of the storm due to a scandalous documentary about the trial of Diego Armando Maradona's death, continues with new testimonies. This follows the judge's own spontaneous declaration in the first hearing, where she apologized. This Friday, prosecutors Carolina Asprella and José Ignacio Amallo (members of UFI No. 1 of San Isidro, who are investigating Makintach in the criminal case) and Cosme Iribarren (the other prosecutor in the Maradona case) are set to testify. The list continues with her colleagues, judges Maximiliano Savarino and Verónica Di Tomasso (members of TOC No. 3 who were in the nullified trial) and the makeup artist Fabiana Molina Zuviria. It will be an important day, as Savarino and Di Tomasso were also pointed out by some lawyers involved in the Maradona case as knowing Makintach's movements within the court, which is why they should also be investigated. In the first hearing, the accused requested to testify and there she apologized, stating that she "never imagined she would cause so much damage to Justice." "I am paying a very high price for not having grasped the absurdity of all this," she pointed out. In turn, she blamed a friend for being behind the "Divine Justice" documentary and claimed that her colleagues from TOC No. 3 knew everything in advance.
