Model Valeria Mazza's Home Targeted in Foiled Robbery Attempt

Model Valeria Mazza was the victim of an attempted robbery at her residence. The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon at her mansion located in the San Isido area, Buenos Aires Province. Four thieves climbed over the wall surrounding the property and entered the house. According to the Argentine News Agency, the criminals planned to carry out a 'scrutiny' style robbery, as the model and some of her family members are in Europe for work reasons. However, their plans were thwarted by the presence of Mazza's daughter and other staff members at home. Mazza's husband, Alejandro Gravier, commented on the situation on the radio and tried to reassure the public, stating that no one was harmed. 'What I want to convey is tranquility,' he said. 'It wasn't actually a robbery, it was an attempted robbery. It seems they thought no one was home. There is always security and other people at home, and thank goodness, nothing happened. My daughter and domestic staff were present when this happened. They saw the intruders, and when the intruders realized there were people inside, they ran away. It was very strange what happened, and let's hope it never happens again.' Gravier is currently in Madrid with his partner and is promoting a documentary about Mazza, which will be released in Europe next week and then across all of Latin America.
