Violent Aggression in San Clemente del Tuyú

A neighbor from General Lavalle reported Mayor Nahuel Guardia for a violent attack that occurred in San Clemente del Tuyú. According to the complainant, Ricardo Chaar, a 53-year-old merchant, the attack was triggered by the dissemination of critical messages on social media and WhatsApp.

Chaar recounted that last Sunday at 3:30 PM, Guardia showed up at his daughter's house in San Clemente, confronted him, and then violently assaulted him. In his testimony to the Police, Chaar mentioned that Guardia knocked on the door, insulted him, and punched him in the face. Subsequently, while he was on the ground, Guardia continued to attack him with kicks until a woman began to scream and several neighbors intervened, allowing Chaar to take refuge inside the house.

After the incident, Chaar was treated at the Municipal Hospital of San Clemente, where doctors confirmed injuries to his left eye and scrapes on his right arm and knee. The complaint has already been filed with the Prosecution of Mar del Tuyú, which has initiated an investigation to establish the mayor's responsibility in these events.

The Deliberative Council of General Lavalle is closely monitoring the situation and plans to analyze the next steps regarding the complaint against the communal chief in the coming days. Meanwhile, Mayor Nahuel Guardia has not yet made any public statements regarding the accusations against him.
