Buenos Aires, January 22 (NA) – A truck transporting a backhoe collided and collapsed a pedestrian bridge over National Route A008, at kilometer 18, in the city of Rosario. The incident occurred in the northbound direction towards the Rosario-Victoria bridge on this Thursday afternoon, according to the Argentine News Agency, and there were no injuries. National Vialidad emphasized that traffic in this direction is diverted at Ovidio Lagos (RP 18) onto National Route A012. The structure was left across the roadway, while authorities are conducting an operation to remove the debris. In turn, the machinery remained on the semi-trailer and the driver suffered no injuries.
