Investigation into Document Forgery in Resistencia

The Criminal and Correctional Appeals Court of Resistencia decided that members of the Sena clan will go to trial as necessary participants in the femicide of Cecilia, while the couple's son will be judged as the material author. Cecilia's mother, Gloria Romero, expressed her outrage over this decision in a dialogue with the media: "I am outraged." Additionally, she reported receiving a message warning about a possible agreement between prosecutors and the picketing leader to change the accusation.

One of the lawyers being investigated in this case is Daniel Paniagua, who helped Cecilia during her divorce from the accused. Paniagua is being investigated for possible adulteration and forgery of a public document related to the divorce of the detainee with the victim. It is expected to find out what will happen with the picketing leaders of the province, who have a deadline until next Monday.

The news is that the former lawyer of the clan, Ricardo Osuna, will now legally represent one of the accused of concealment, Fabiana González. The lawyers of the Sena clan resigned for "personal issues," and the accused of Cecilia Strzyzowski's femicide must present new defenses before the stipulated deadline.

The news was confirmed by Gustavo Briend, lawyer for the victim's family, to the Argentine News Agency. Briend described the measure as "very strange" on the part of César and Emerenciano Sena and Marcela Acuña. The resignations of the clan's lawyers occurred last week, and it was announced that César already has a new defense.
