A 34-year-old worker lost his life after receiving an electric shock in Pérez, a town in Santa Fe. The victim, identified as Emmanuel Insaurralde, suffered the accident while attempting to change the phase of a casting in the Godoy neighborhood, located at the intersection of Rivarola and Las Palmeras Avenue.
After the incident, personnel from Samco of Cabin 9 responded to the scene to assist the injured and subsequently transported him to the workshop where the unfortunate event occurred. Despite efforts, Dr. Roberto Durán informed the press that Insaurralde arrived at the health center accompanied by two uninjured colleagues, and despite attempts at cardiopulmonary resuscitation, unfortunately, his life could not be saved.
The case is under the jurisdiction of homicide prosecutor Mariel Oliva, who requested the cooperation of the Police Investigations (PDI) to clarify what happened and determine the circumstances that led to the tragic death of Emmanuel Insaurralde.
