The artist was released, but with certain restrictions that could lead to other judicial measures if violated. The sentence, issued by the Court of Mercedes, included a suspended sentence and the obligation to make a donation as part of it. After the ruling, L-Gante must comply with the conditions imposed by the court. At the end of the hearing, he approached Judge Ignacio Racca to exchange a few words, thus closing the moment. L-Gante had declared himself innocent before the ruling and harshly questioned those who reported him, arguing that the dispute had been motivated by economic interests.
