The mayor of Marcos Paz, Ricardo Curutchet, announced a reorganization of the municipal scheme to 'provide a better response' to citizens and detailed changes in sensitive areas of management. According to the Argentine News Agency, the municipality will add a Subsecretariat of Public Health and Primary Care and another for Mental Health to the Health Department. The Municipal Hospital will become a separate entity with its own specific managers. Furthermore, the Emergencies area will coordinate the SAME and COM and will be under its own leadership, reporting to the Private Secretariat. In terms of infrastructure, Curutchet confirmed that a tender will be called for the construction of a bus terminal in the Municipal Triangle.
