Driving under the influence of alcohol or under irregular conditions is not a minor negligence: it is putting your own life and the lives of everyone else at risk. Within the framework of control and prevention operations by the Ministry of Transport of the Province of Buenos Aires, Road Safety agents detected two serious violations: a car with 10 people inside and an intoxicated driver. The first case occurred in the city of Mar del Plata when agents observed a vehicle carrying ten people, including minors, far exceeding the car's permitted capacity and without the necessary safety conditions. In the press release, accessed by the Argentine News Agency, it is highlighted that an alcohol test was performed on the driver, which was positive. In this way, the traffic officer proceeded to draw up the corresponding report and prevent the vehicle from continuing to circulate until the situation was regularized. In another operation, this time in Hudson, agents found a subject driving without a driver's license. However, this was not the only violation he committed. When an alcohol test was administered, the test showed 2.73 grams of alcohol per liter of blood. On this matter, the Minister of Buenos Aires Transport, Martín Marinucci, stated: 'Every time we detect a case of these characteristics, we prevent a tragedy.'
