The singer Elián Valenzuela, known as L-Gante, is facing a sexual abuse complaint filed by influencer Dakota Gotth, with whom he was previously linked before resuming his relationship with businesswoman Wanda Nara. Gotth has requested a restraining order against L-Gante, whose real name is Evelyn López. The young woman reported to the Domestic Violence Office and accused Valenzuela of having inappropriate behaviors towards her on two occasions.
In statements to the program 'Desayuno Americano', journalist Carlos Salerno reported that Dakota Goth, 24 years old, accused L-Gante of simple sexual abuse. López spent five hours giving her testimony at the Domestic Violence Office, where she indicated that she was forced by Valenzuela to touch his intimate parts, among other uncomfortable situations. The alleged incidents occurred in Mar del Plata and in Canning, according to the complaint.
After the complaint, the young woman received assistance from the police and the court issued protective measures against L-Gante, including an emergency button, a 600-meter proximity restriction, and permanent police custody. For their part, the singer's lawyers argue they have not been notified about it. The news has generated media uproar since its dissemination, putting the situation between L-Gante and Dakota Gotth in the public eye.
