Lawyer Mariano Lizardo requested a restraining order to prevent singer L-Gante from approaching model Dakota Goth, after she reported an alleged simple abuse involving an unwanted touching. According to Lizardo, Goth described how L-Gante would have turned her over to his group if she refused to be with him. The model personally visited the lawyer's office after sharing videos on social media detailing the uncomfortable situation she experienced at a venue in Mar del Plata.
In an interview, the lawyer explained: "There was no intimate situation, except for a situation that was reported as simple abuse, it was like an unwanted touching." Despite L-Gante denying any involvement, Goth is afraid of the events that have continued to occur.
On the other hand, journalist Majo Martino mentioned that Elián claims nothing happened between them and that it was all a strategy for public opinion. Lizardo appeared on Carmen Barbieri's program Mañanísima to discuss the case of his new client, Dakota Goth, who felt harassed during a meeting with L-Gante in Mar del Plata.
