
A 17-year-old teenager driving under the influence of alcohol was involved in a violent crash in Mar del Plata. After crashing into parked cars, more details emerged about the brutal accident that could have had tragic consequences.
The incident occurred early Thursday morning at the intersection of Mendoza and Moreno streets, where a security camera from a building captured the moment the young girl collided at high speed with vehicles. A pedestrian nearby managed to avoid being hit by the debris that flew off after the impact.
In the video accessed by Agencia Noticias Argentinas, the moment is clearly seen when the teenager turns at high speed and crashes into the parked cars. After the collision, the young girl left a note with her information on the windshield of the damaged cars, which were severely damaged.
Minutes after the crash, the Mar del Plata Police arrived at the scene and interviewed the driver, who fortunately was unharmed. After performing a breathalyzer test, it was confirmed that she had driven with 0.70 liters of alcohol in her blood, leading to her driver's license being suspended for six months and her vehicle being seized.
