ADRHA Announces its 21st National Congress in the Era of AI

The Argentine Human Resources Association (ADRHA) announces its 21st National Congress under the slogan «HR in the Era of AI». The event will take place on Friday, November 14th, at 9:00 AM at the Costa Galana Hotel in Mar del Plata, with the option for in-person or online participation via streaming.

The congress will bring together over 300 leaders and experts in Human Resources who will, throughout the day, address the main challenges and opportunities in talent management today. The main topics include purpose-driven leadership in the digital age, ethics, sustainability, and organizational culture, as well as artificial intelligence and talent management.

«This congress is an invitation to rethink the strategic role of Human Resources in an environment where technology advances, but the differentiator remains human», the statement reads.

With over 45 years of history, ADRHA groups more than 300 Human Resources leaders from national and international companies. The association, with more than 200 active members representing different segments across more than 25 industries throughout the country, is a non-profit organization that promotes a strategic vision of talent based on innovation, ethics, and sustainable development.

In 2024, over 350 professionals from various provinces participated in person, and this year we have added the option for professionals in the field to take advantage of the presentations online.

«We want to inspire brave conversations about ethics, purpose, and leadership in the era of AI,» expressed Tomás Gómez Álzaga, president of ADRHA. «This new edition of the congress finds us with the expectation of continuing to grow to support organizations throughout the country».
