A man has been accused of murdering a woman in the street in Argentina. The shocking incident occurred on Sunday morning in Lomas del Mirador, La Matanza, Buenos Aires Province. According to authorities, 44-year-old Peruvian national Karina Janet Palomino Arotinco was walking her dog when an attacker pursued her and inflicted fatal stab wounds to her neck and chest. A neighbor who heard the screams called the police but did not see the attacker's face. The victim's personal belongings, including a mobile phone, cash, a transport card, and house keys, were found at the scene. Law enforcement is reviewing security camera footage that appears to capture the moment of the attack. The police are currently searching for the suspect.
