Buenos Aires, February 10 (NA) – A man, identified as Nicolás Miculan, was arrested for a shooting he carried out in July 2024 in front of a group of taxi drivers in the Buenos Aires municipality of Lomas de Zamora, at the intersection of Camino de la Ribera and Bruno Tavano streets. According to police sources informed to the Argentine News Agency, the incident occurred on July 27 at 7 a.m. when neighbors alerted the police to loud gunfire on Camino de la Ribera and Bruno Tavano. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a Volkswagen Vento with eight bullet impacts and four injured people: Matías Senalli, Pedro Machuca, Eduardo López, and Kevin Alcaraz. The conflict began between taxi drivers from the “Puente La Noria” and “Flores” stops over parking. The supervisor of the second group, after threatening the others, returned to the place along with Nicolás and Jairo Miculán, who fired multiple shots at the victims and the car, then fled in a white Volkswagen Fox car. After an exhaustive investigation, it was confirmed that the accused had a criminal record and were linked to violent incidents, intimidating merchants and workers at the “La Salada” fair. Thus, the address of Nicolás Miculan in Barrio Obrero, Lomas de Zamora, was found, which was subject to a search and subsequent arrest of the implicated.
