Fabián Grillo, father of Pablo, the photographer seriously injured during the retirees' march, criticized the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, calling her "human trash" and denying the accusations made against his son. In an interview with Splendid AM 990, he expressed: "Being a militant is neither a crime nor a sin, of course not. Furthermore, one thing I would like to add, please, is that everything this human trash said yesterday is all lies, absolutely all lies."

Grillo's statements were made in response to Bullrich's comments during a television interview on Wednesday, in which she noted that Pablo Grillo was a Kirchnerist militant involved in local politics. According to the minister, Grillo was linked to Julián Álvarez and worked in the Municipality of Lanús.

Pablo Grillo, for his part, is hospitalized in serious condition after undergoing surgery at Ramos Mejía Hospital due to a skull fracture. His condition is delicate and his prognosis remains guarded.
